We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is defective

• Product received is damaged during delivery

• Wrong product was delivered

✅ Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
✅ Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
✅ All accessories, box, and invoice must be included.

Important: Change of mind returns are not accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Product is used or activated

• Seal is broken (for brand-new phones)

• Physical damage caused by customer

• Water damage

• IMEI tampered devices

• Accessories missing

   • Clear photos/video of the issue

   • Reason for return

4. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Note: Do not ship the product back without approval.
