  • Courier companies usually make 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged:

✅ Do not accept the parcel if visibly tampered
✅ Immediately contact us with photos
✅ Report within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report within time may affect claim eligibility.
